We reserved Echo for our trip from Midway to the city. The suburban​ was spotless and our driver Ray Chiu went above and beyond. He was professionally dressed, asked us if we wanted cold or room temp water, offered to play music of our choice, and more. He was very polite and the communication from him prior to pick up was excellent! He is a very safe driver and was patient with our attempt to find the lockbox for our key fob of our Air B&B. We used echo and received a ton of extra charges, making the cost of our airport pick up car more than double what we originally were quoted. I am disputing the charges, but I’m really disappointed so far in how echo is responding. I wouldn’t recommend them — I would try another service first.read more

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Fun elegant limo with a nice driver. Despite Echo limo trying to change plans at the last minute, the limo was beautiful and perfect for transport. Inside was spacious enough for our 11 guests and the driver was friendly. Only problem was the day before our wedding they tried to push our times back by 30 minutes because of a double booking on their part. This was frustrating as we had things planned down to the minute. We finally worked it all out but the frustration is why we would give four out of five stars but still recommend it.read more

From a friend, Neal Mosak, who's in an entirely different business and with no reason to lie:"Echo Limousine in Chicago uses substandard insurance- Do you feel safe?On February 14th of this year, I was driving my 4-day old car on Mannheim by Touhy Ave. when I saw a limo owned by Echo Limousine back up against the traffic flow to get into a right turn lane. I thought “That was a really bad move for a limo driver to be pulling”. I pulled up to the light and stopped since it was red. Imagine my surprise when I see the limo driver start backing up, heading towards the side of my brand-new car. I started honking my horn to let him know I was there but he continued to back up until he hit the side of my car. A police report was made and the driver admitted he was at fault as I was stopped at a light and my car wasn’t even moving.As I moved into the insurance process to get my car fixed, I was surprised to find out that Echo Limousine uses a substandard insurance company called Echelon. Echelon came out and looked at my car and estimated the damage at under $600.00. I took my car to a reputable body shop and the damages were in fact in excess of $1500.00. At this point Echelon stopped responding to me or my insurance company and I had no choice but to run the claim through my insurance company and pay a $1000.00 deductible.Imagine having to pay a thousand dollars out of pocket for being stopped at a red light. If that’s not bad enough, both Echo and Echelon have ceased communicating with me or my insurance company to make this situation right. I’ve given them almost 6 months to at lease take care of my deductible but I haven’t heard from either of them.For those of you who know me, you know that I’m honest and I don’t post things to social media, but in this instance, I’m out $1000.00 due to a company that makes it living driving people around and they hired at least one incompetent driver and use a substandard insurance company.Would you want to be driven by a Limo that is not insured by a reputable company? It could be a friend or family member of yours that gets injured and won’t be compensated properly.If you’re a friend of mine please share this. Hi, I just wanted to say that Secillia was wonderful! She stayed in communication with me letting me know where she was waiting for us. She sent me a map, with directions and even sent a picture of where she was parked. She even got out of the car and walked to find us. She was so friendly, so professional. It was such a great ride.
