Interesting Locations in the Suburb of Naperville

There is a variety of things to see in Naperville. The Naperville Settlement Outdoor History Museum, a family-friendly outdoor history museum featuring 12 acres of learning and interactive opportunities for all ages, is a popular destination. Nichols Public Library, which for the fifth time in five years has been ranked nationally as a 5 Star Library, is a great place to go for a quiet afternoon.

The Moser Tower (pictured above), which contains the Millennium Carillon, is a classic sight-seeing location. In 1999, Naperville was designated a White House Millennium Community, due to the construction of the Moser Tower and Millennium Carillon. The tower is a bell tower just north of Aurora Avenue and at the base of Rotary Hill within the Riverwalk Park complex. The Carillon is specially designated as a Grand Carillon, with 72 bells, and is one of only four worldwide that span six octaves.
