Customer service and dispatcher jobs
We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals with a great attitude. Your job will be to provide the highest level of service to high-profile clients in accordance with company values and policies. This is a forward thinking, technological and fast paced environment. Attention to detail is paramount. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Taking reservations for travel
- Receiving and placing phone calls
- Flight tracking
- Maintaining solid customer relationships
- Data entry, Internet browsing and use of various software programs
- Basic Microsoft Office suite skills (Excel & Word)
- Dispatching and scheduling trips
Qualifications:
- High school graduates
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation and diplomacy
- Strong PC skills / typing skills
- Multi-tasking capability
- Detail oriented

Livery Sedan / Limousine Driver
Full time and part time positions
Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 24 years old
- Customer service skills
- Need to own the City of Chicago Livery Chauffeur License or Taxi Driver’s License (Hard Card). This is not your driver’s license and it’s not your CDL. CDL owners, Uber and Lyft drivers DO NOT own a chauffeur license and need not to apply.
- Have no history of DUI/DWI on your driving record
- Clean MVR issued within 30 days by the Secretary of State
- Customer service oriented skills
- Have a flexible schedule
- Must be able to work 6 days a week, late nights and weekends
- Experience with large vehicles (Stretch Limousine and Stretch SUV) is not mandatory but is preferred
- Read, write and speak English
We offer:
- Vehicles are owned by Echo Limousine and they stay with the driver the entire time, except for the part-time drivers
- Vehicles are not to be leased
- Echo Limousine pays for car washes and vehicle maintenance
- All drivers get paid by percentage + gratuity
- Drivers get paid twice per month via direct deposit
